Word to the 5th...

We ride north of the 1097 all the time, all you need to do is head up I45 north hook a right heading to Riverside and put the boat in on the Trinity.

It is funny everyone that I know that rides above the 1097 says it is great and IF you know where you are going you will not have any problems, these are the same people that tag a prop a couple times a year. If you ride up there enough you will find wood.

Have you tried out the lower san jac. or somerville?

I 2nd Ken. Once you see the miles of butter at Trinity, you'll never go to Conroe again. I live 4 miles from the 1097 bridge and I still go to Trinity.

stay out of there.. nothin but stumps and gators

actually, we've been riding up there for couple of years.. 2nd cove on the west side (not the one with a bunch of houses). hug the south bank all the way around and you wont have any problems (knock on wood). past the dock and park there is a nice cove around the corner but only big enough for 1 rider..

if you see us up there we'll be happy to show you where the "known" stumps are

thanks for all the replies. I put my boat in at EZ. My girl's grandparents have a house on the Trinity so we go up there quite a bit. They live on a nice cove that is usually glass. Conroe is just more convenient - ya know commin up from the 5th hehe.

we are gonna be on conroe this saturday in my friends grey and black wakesetter, since my windshield got shattered by a rock (IMG:http://forums.wakeoutlaws.com/style_emoticons/wake/(.gif) I can't believe how much the windshield costs...1,700. glad i don't have to pay that.
