I used to ride an Option, it was a ways back, but I remember really not liking the fins. It was a great beginner board, but that's all my O'Brien WB experience I have.

I think yours is a big step up from that and I have read lots of great things from owners. Post some pics when you get behind the boat!

That almost looks like the Obrien Atla in terms of design, channels, molded fins and rocker. I think I may have written a review on it...I will check and see. It was a fast and fun board. My first season on her was much better than my last season....

Yep here is the REVIEW CLICK HERE. This had been Dallas Friday's board before her injury but she only rode it for one season...

It was very easy to get air (even when you did not need it) on this board...but it was far beyond my talent. Great aggressive ride and loads of fun.

You will like your board...pending what you are looking to do with it...

di you ride finless (with just the molded fins) or did you leave the center fins on? my friend has a hyperlite state with molded fins and then center removable ones and it was somewhat of a challenge getting them to break loose when you wanted to

You know, I actually rode with and without fins. When I wakeboarded on the Atla...I feared the air from a few hard crashes. So without the fins it was a much looser ride and easier to break free when I did surface stuff on the wake...lipslides and back slides etc. The center fins definitely locked me in; but I think it is all in preferences. I was able to get mine back in no problem. I did notice on the one fin that it no longer held flush to the board, no matter what I tried.

i think im gunna end up ridin this one finless being that i like a more loose flowing ride and when we cant get the boat out or just when ever we went to we ride our little homemade slider park off of 59 so the center fins would just get beat up and bent to hell

Sweet! post up a review once you get a ride on it. Been seriously looking at obrien stuff. seems like they've really stepped up in the last couple years.

I love my vision, and if I do get another board it will be a natural. Good quality, and good prices unlike alot of the bigger name brands.
